The location was excellent and nice, close enough to the valley, Munnar, and the beautiful outskirts of Munnar.

Delightful property with cordial staff and marvellous location in the hills near Munnar. Clean and airy room with exceptionally comfortable bed and gates. Clean private bathroom. Really great experience there...

The amazing views from the balcony added a special touch to the experience, really enhancing the stay. Walking paths nearby provided a serene escape, perfect for leisurely exploration. The room lacked essential items like towels at check-in, which detracted from the overall feel.

Location next to a valley as well as the tourist spots towards the Top Station. Fantastic and excellant food. Exceptional views, good service with parking on site.

I enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony, and the nearby attractions, like the beautiful Attukad Waterfall just over 2 kilometers away, really enhanced my experience. I found the walking paths around the area to be perfect for leisurely strolls to various landmarks and parks.

Cleanliness is a concern!!! The room didn't have towels or toilet paper ready at check-in, and the bathroom setup is impractical!!! Poor communication about issues can leave guests feeling neglected!!!

We encountered a significant cleanliness issue upon arrival. There were no towels or toilet paper provided in the room. To add insult to injury, the staff communication was frustrating, leading to us feeling neglected . On top of that, we faced constant noise disturbances from nearby rooms, impossible to relax.

The location is amazing, in the middle of a tea plantation and surrounded by coffee trees and cardamon plants! The staff is nice and always helpful, always going the extra mile for us!

It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I expected a warm welcome, but there was hardly any staff to greet us. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, super unpleasant. I thought a hair dryer would be standard, yet no such luck! I was almost tempted to leave a nice review but just couldn't, because i deserve better treatment than this.

The view from the balcony was fine, overlooking the lush valleys. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Top Station and Eravikulam National Park. The breakfast spread was decent and provided a good start to the day.

The room was spacious and clean. Dining at the restaurant offered a variety of decent meals, but the breakfast could use a bit more variety. I noticed some cleanliness issues, though. There were no towels in the room at check-in and the bathroom setup was lacking essential items like a hairdryer. Communication with the staff also proved to be a challenge at times, particularly regarding some of my requests. Despite some hiccups, the experience was overall pretty good due to its serene environment and fine views. I would consider returning, as the charm of the tea estate really pulls you in.
